With JUJA you always succeed. That's what we work hard for every day. We strive for a 'perfect fit' for all our customers. If the item or items you have received from us do not quite fit, we will solve that for you. If reasonably possible, items should be returned unused, complete, including hangtags, in original condition and packaging. If items are damaged or if we receive incomplete returns, we will be obliged to charge you for a reduction in value.
Returning is very easy at JUJA:
- Get ready for return.
- Indicate the reason for the return on the delivery note.
- Pack the item to be returned (including delivery note!) in the original shipping parcel.
- You can choose to have the return picked up or to drop it off yourself.
- Your return will be picked up where and when you want.

- After confirming your pick-up appointment, you can pay safely and easily. If you choose to have your return picked up, this will cost €5.99. After payment, the appointment is final. You don’t have to print a return label when you make a pickup appointment. The deliveryman will make sure the correct label is on your parcel.

- Did you choose 'drop off parcel' on https://str.returnista.com? Then after payment (€4.99) you will receive an email from Returnista with a return label. In this mail you can also choose the closest and/or most favorable DHL point for you.
- Of course, you can also return your parcel by yourself and send it back to us (or have it sent). So then you choose not to use the services of Returnista.
- The return shipment is always at your own risk and own costs; frank the parcel sufficiently.
- JUJA is in no way liable for damage or loss of returned items.
- We advise to send the return parcel with TRACK&TRACE, so that it is clear who and when received the parcel.
- Each return parcel will be processed separately. Keep this in mind if you want to offer multiple returns or multiple return parcels to JUJA. To avoid double costs, we recommend that you return all returns, including delivery notes, to us in one box. This way you only pay the return costs once.
- Furthermore, it is very important that when you make a pick-up appointment with Returnista, that you are actually present at the agreed time and place. This avoids double costs. Are you not present? Returnista will still charge the costs for the appointment. To make a new pickup appointment you pay the full amount. It would be a shame!

- We have received your return. And now what?
When we have received your return, we will send you a (credit) mail to confirm, after a successful check and processing of your return. We will process your return within two to a maximum of five working days. Super-fast and well-arranged!
After successful return processing, you will receive the return amount within two to a maximum of five working days on the account you previously paid with us.
Excluded from return
All sun creams, lip balm and UV-wash are excluded from the return option and the right of withdrawal for reasons of health protection and hygiene. If these products are returned to us anyway, they will be destroyed. You will not receive a credit note and no refund.
Right of withdrawal for consumers:
As a customer of JUJA, you can invoke the right of withdrawal within fourteen days and without giving a reason. This means that you are entitled to a full refund of the purchase amount paid by you to JUJA. Fourteen days after the day that you have received the complete order, your right and claim to reimbursement will lapse.
- In case of withdrawal, the customer is responsible for the costs of the return shipment. JUJA bears no liability whatsoever in this regard. Only after successful receipt and process of your return shipment will you receive the full purchase amount or a proportional part thereof back to the account you previously paid us with.
- If you return part of your order to JUJA, you will only receive a refund of the purchase price of the returned item(s).
- For revocation, you can use the model revocation form.
